Beach Street

Beach Street, a stick-framed rough framing project in Philadelphia, stands as a testament to our team's problem-solving skills, intelligence, and unwavering craftsmanship. We tackled this project for Builders First Source, a venture filled with challenges that we met with precision and dedication. Over a staggering 21,000 square feet, our team meticulously framed the structure, installing floor and roof trusses alongside TJI's. Our crew's expertise shone as we skillfully resolved issues like an out-of-level slab by custom-cutting every level one stud, ensuring a flat and level floor system throughout. Challenging urban site conditions and unpredictable weather didn't deter our motivated professionals.
