The Alice

A showcase of innovation and precision, The Alice represents over 18 months of meticulous planning and problem-solving. Built for BFS, this 163,000-square-foot, four-story mixed-use building was framed and outfitted with complete facade systems and rain screens by our team. Coordination with the construction manager allowed us to begin work on one wing while other trades completed the remaining sections, leveraging Revit and digital overlays to maintain momentum and accuracy.

Our framing crew advanced through floor and wall cycles with speed and precision, always prioritizing safety and quality. The facade features over 37,000 square feet of field-fabricated Swiss Pearl panels, delivering high-end fiber cement finishes with exceptional cost savings. We also installed 23,000 square feet of aPlank aluminum cladding and 16,600 square feet of ATAS metal panels, combining value engineering with architectural elegance.

The project’s complexity included over 20,000 square feet of stacked stone and 3,500 square feet of limestone banding, requiring detailed planning and execution. Final touches included more than 10,000 linear feet of custom aluminum trim, transition molding, channels, and drip edges—integrated to support air and water screens as part of the rain screen system. The result is a striking architectural accomplishment that blends form, function, and technical mastery.
