Welcome to 901 Market Street, a historic building transformed into a regal focal point at the heart of Downtown Wilmington’s rebirth. This complex project demanded innovative solutions and seamless coordination with the general contractor, architect, and envelope consultant to meet rigorous testing standards and deliver exceptional results.

Spanning over 63,000 square feet of EIFS and featuring 13,000 square feet of custom-fabricated aluminum trims and cornices, the building’s exterior reflects our ability to turn aging structures into architectural masterpieces. Our work extended to grand cornices in multiple colors, panels with varying depths, and intricate detailing that required meticulous planning and execution. In fewer than nine months, we installed more than 20,000 square feet of stacked stone and 3,500 square feet of limestone banding, enhancing both the beauty and functionality of the façade.

To maintain the integrity of the rain screen design, we incorporated state-of-the-art drainage mortar netting and installed over 10,000 linear feet of custom-designed aluminum trim, transition molding, channels, and drip edges. Every element met the highest standards for air and water screens, ensuring long-term performance and durability. From concept to completion, 901 Market Street showcases our commitment to smart value engineering, precision processes, and on-time delivery — a true testament to our craftsmanship and collaborative strength.
