Beach Street

A showcase of precision, resilience, and craftsmanship. Beach Street is a 21,000-square-foot stick-framed rough framing project completed for Builders First Source — a venture that tested and proved our team’s problem-solving skills and technical expertise. From floor and roof trusses to TJI installation, every phase demanded accuracy and adaptability.

One of the project’s greatest challenges was an out-of-level slab, which we overcame by custom-cutting every level-one stud to ensure a perfectly flat floor system. Despite tight urban site constraints and unpredictable weather, our motivated crew pressed forward with state-of-the-art plywood nailing systems and rotary lasers, maintaining an unwavering focus on quality and efficiency.

Thanks to meticulous planning and relentless execution, the entire structure was under roof in under four weeks. Beach Street stands as a testament to our ability to deliver high-performance framing solutions under pressure — contributing lasting value to Philadelphia’s evolving urban landscape.
