At the Raritan Valley Community College Arts Building, we have proudly demonstrated our commitment to quality in construction services. This substantial project, situated on the extension of the Old Arts Building, encompassed the installation of an innovative rain screen system across approximately 7900 square feet. Our mission was clear: to deliver top-notch residential and commercial construction services while overcoming every challenge, even amidst the supply chain disruptions during the pandemic.

BUILDING KNOWLEDGE

SUMMARY

Our approach was to blend the old with the new, utilizing elements like the Carlisle liquid applied air vapor barrier, 2-inch high-density Thermax insulation, Knight Wall HCI girt sub framing, James Hardi lap siding, Swiss Pearl Panels, and custom aluminum trims. In the face of the uncertainties of the COVID-19 era, our skilled team devised an ingenious solution – field fabricating Swiss Pearl Panels on-site, saving our client an impressive 25 percent per square foot. Additionally, our craftsmen exhibited remarkable skill in installing Hardie lap siding on the unique substrate of Knight Wall members. The Raritan Valley Community College Arts Building stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and precision in every construction project we undertake.
